The pool area was a refreshing escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Cancun.
The check-in process was frustrating as the entrance code was only provided via WhatsApp on the day of arrival, leaving us uncertain initially.

I had a great night in the Family Suite. The check-in process was super easy, and the bigger bedroom was a plus. The pool looked clean, even though I didn't swim. The manager helped us with a $25 Uber ride. Overall, a nice experience! 😊

Easy check-in and spacious bedrooms were a highlight. The king bed had a sagging spot, not ideal for sleep.

The pool area was a refreshing escape from the heat, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Cancun.
Accessing the entrance code via WhatsApp only on the day of check-in was a bit cumbersome and left me feeling uncertain upon arrival.

the location seemed lovely, but my suite was not clean—how hard is it to maintain? i booked for five but had just four beds, shocking! i woudl ve been satisfied if they offered me an upgrade after their mishaps, but of course, that didn’t happen.

ideal base for exploring cancun's vibrant attractions and parks
during my stay, I loved how close I was to La Playita Market, which is just a short 10-minute walk away, making it easy to grab local snacks and souvenirs, and Playa Caracol is only 2.5 km away, offering beautiful beach views for a lovely afternoon stroll.

missingWrote a review on 23 Octgated communityoutdoor poolpoor soundproofing
The location is nestled in a gated community, offering a semblance of security. The pool area outside provides a nice enough break from the heat.
The communal living area setup lacks privacy—my group booked for five but only had four beds. Access to the entrance code is through Whatsapp or email on the day of check-in, so if you aren't online, you might be stuck. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. you’ll hear everything, including loud guests packing up at dawn. Towels varied widely in condition, and some facilities show clear signs of neglect, like peeling paint and shabby shower heads.

Couple seeking privacy will enjoy it
The pool area was surprisingly nice, with a table right next to it,, it felt exclusive. Also, the kitchen was a lifesaver for some late-night snack prep, which I didn't expect at all!
Wasn't exactly cheap,, but overall, it worked out.

The pool area was a refreshing surprise, and the king bed was cozy despite a slight sag. The easy check-in made things smooth, so I’d definitely come back again!
